     Andre Harrell is best known for his skills at marketing and insight to the music industry's modern culture. He has established a reputation across the globe which some call, "the champagne lifestyle" keeping him well connected and worthy of acceptance in every aspect of black music entertainment. Andre Harrell is a trailblazer of managing top artist in the music industry such as Boyz 2 Men, Heavy D and the Boyz, Mary J Blige, Jodeci, Guy and a host of other's.

     By 1996, Mr. Harrell was asked to manage Motown Records and became CEO to help revive the label, but it was a little too late to retrieve what was lost before he got there, and that was a combination of good artist, good music under good leadership. Many of today's artist and music entrepreneur's although, owe their thanks to Andre Harrell for their exposure. One such name that comes to mind is, Sean "P.Diddy" Combs a.k.a Puff Daddy.
